The Maldives Bodyboarding Association (MBBA), in collaboration with Surfsquare, is thrilled to announce the third clinic under the Hudhu Fonu – Maldives National Bodyboarding Program, set to take place in N. Lhohi from June 26th to 28th, 2025.

Following two successful clinics earlier this year, this third installment brings the program to the heart of Noonu Atoll, giving young islanders the opportunity to immerse themselves in the sport of bodyboarding. The initiative is designed to inspire and train the next generation of Maldivian wave riders through a combination of expert coaching, fun-filled sessions, and ocean safety awareness.

This youth development program continues to make waves across the country by delivering structured, inclusive, and community-centered surf education to the islands. The Lhohi clinic is open to juniors from across N. Atoll, regardless of prior experience. Whether they’re catching their first wave or looking to improve their techniques, participants will benefit from the guidance of experienced local bodyboarders and coaches.
